My work doesn’t lean toward any one style or subject matter. For instance, as you browse my site, you’ll see a whole gallery devoted to black & white. You’ll also see realistic landscapes and surrealistic fine art pieces, as well as hyperrealistic renderings of flowers.
When I look through the viewfinder I try to see things not as they are, but as they could be. Seeing things as they are is the job of news photographers. Art photographers are afforded the luxury of wandering around in their imaginations. Of re-imagining places and objects.
For it’s only in the imagination that we see things that the eye cannot.
